As I begin my journey as a first-year teacher, I'm overflowing with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead. I graduated from Southern Utah University with a dual license in Elementary and Special Education. It's truly a joy to return to the same school and classroom where I completed my student teaching; these familiar halls and classrooms feel like home, and I'm eager to contribute to the community that has already become such an important part of my journey.
Beyond school, I find happiness in reading, camping, and spending time with loved ones. Reading sparks my imagination and shapes my teaching style, while camping allows me to unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. Family and friends are my rock, offering support and cherished moments. Recently engaged, I look forward to sharing my life with my loving fiance, alongside our two lively dogs who bring joy to our home.
In the classroom, I am committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered. I believe deeply in education's power to transform lives and communities, and I'm dedicated to nurturing not only academic growth but also the personal development of each student. I'm excited to make a positive impact on my students' lives and contribute to our school community.
