Student Clubs
PLEASE SIGN UP AND PAY IN THE FRONT OFFICE
Mountain West Montessori Academy believes in providing unique and educational extra-curricular activities for our students. Clubs and groups are based on student interest and faculty adviser availability. There are some clubs that we hold every year, including Shakespeare Club, Club Travel, Orchestra Club and 3D Printing Club; however, the majority of our clubs are student-initiated and led. This is part of our Montessori philosophy of promoting independence and capability in our students, and a unique opportunity for them to experience implementing their own ideas.
If your student is interested in starting a club, please have them pick up a form in the front office. We are happy to help support them in filling out the form if they need help. Clubs run after school one day a week for 6-8 weeks, and each club must have a faculty adviser.

Aftercare
Available to students age Kindergarten to 6th grade
MWMA has a wonderful aftercare program available after school each day:
Monday-Thursday 3:15 - 530 PM
Fridays 1:35 - 5:30 PM
Early days until 5:30 PM
Program activities include daily snack, arts and crafts, cooking, outside play, team-building activities, movies, and more.
Monthly Cost: $250
Daily Cost (regular day): $20
Daily Cost (short day): $25
