Sheri Ebert resides in Lehi, Utah with her husband. They have three children and six darling grandchildren. Education has always been a focus, passion, and priority in her life. Sheri is a first-generation university graduate.
Sheri earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. When Sheri graduated, she received the prestigious, “Most Outstanding Education Student” award. Later, Sheri attended Weber State University earning an English as a Second Language Endorsement. She also attended Utah State University and earned Advanced Reading Endorsements, Administrative Certification, and Master’s in Education.
During her career, Sheri taught students in kindergarten - fourth grade and had the privilege of coaching hundreds of teachers and administrators in best literacy practices, response to intervention, and multi-tiered system of supports, and provided professional development district-wide as a district literacy curriculum specialist.
Sheri has served as the Assistant Director of Mountain West Montessori Academy for several years and has enjoyed working with and serving Mountain West Montessori Academy students and families. She recently retired and is excited to continue serving the Mountain West Montessori Academy community as a board member. Sheri is currently a part-time adjunct professor at Southern Utah University where she teaches graduate-level coursework.
