Hello! My name is Nicole Donaldson, and this is my fifth year with MWMA. I graduated from Westminster College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in educational studies. I completed the LETRS professional development program on literacy instruction in 2024. I am currently pursuing my early childhood Montessori certification through the Rings of Knowledge teacher education program. I am passionate about being a lifelong learner, the Montessori method, and providing my students with a safe, nurturing learning environment. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, dancing, walking, and watching TV with my french bulldog.
