Google Classroom:  Many teachers have access to assignments, links in videos used in class, project directions, and other resources available in their google classroom.  Students have access to their logins.

           In order to check the class website with your student, follow the directions below: 

 

         Step #1: Type “Google Classroom” into your preferred search engine https://classroom.google.com

         Step #2: Click on “Sign in to Classroom” Students use their school email accounts and the passwords they created to login

         Step #3: Students will have already “joined” all of their classrooms, you simply click on what period and subject you would like to visit.

Learning Ally: Students at all grade levels who have been specially certified can use Learning Ally, a reading assistance program that allows students to listen to almost any book of their choice as they follow along with the text. This helps students access text that is on their interest level even if above their current reading level, and helps to expand student vocabulary. Please ask your child’s teacher if you think this resource might benefit your student.

Culture Grams: is an excellent website that focuses on encouraging student appreciation and understanding of the world’s countries, religions, languages, and peoples.
